On Saturday, February 21, PFRA was proud host the 2026 Texas Citizens Fire Academy Alumni Association (TCFAAA) Fire Chiefs’ Forum at Plano Fire-Rescue’s training center. Ten Fire Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs from the North Texas metroplex participated in a panel discussion highlighting current initiatives and projects within their departments, followed by a Q&A with volunteers from member cities. The event also featured a firehouse breakfast prepared by Plano firefighters and staff for more than 100 attendees.
PFRA and Plano Fire-Rescue are founding members of the annual TCFAAA Chiefs’ Forum, first launched in 2008 and most recently hosted in 2025 by Cedar Hill CFA and the Cedar Hill Fire Department.
